1. General information
These terms govern the purchase of personalized storybooks through worldtakka.com.

2. Product
We sell personalized children's travel storybooks. Each storybook is made with the details you provide: name, age, destination city, character traits.
- Size: A4
- Pages: 28
- Languages: Spanish or English
- Recommended age: 2 to 6 years
3. Price and payment
The price includes VAT and shipping within mainland Spain. Payment is made at checkout via Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We do not store card details. Stripe handles the payment gateway securely.
4. Delivery time
The standard delivery time is 7 to 15 calendar days from order confirmation. This includes production and shipping.
5. Shipping
We currently ship only to mainland Spain. International shipping is coming soon.
6. No returns for change of mind
Important: storybooks are a personalized product. Under Article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), personalized goods made to consumer specifications are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once the order is confirmed and production begins, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
7. Printing defects or our mistakes
If you receive a storybook with printing defects or a mistake on our end, email us at hola@worldtakka.com within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it at no cost.
8. Errors in storybook details
If the details you provided contained errors (wrong name, wrong city, etc.) and the storybook was produced according to that data, we cannot cover the cost of a new production. We may offer a discount on a new corrected order.
9. Invoicing
After order confirmation, we email a simplified invoice. If you need a full tax invoice, please indicate it during checkout (optional field).

11. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Active orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by current Spanish law.
